Adorable and amazing customer service

Bought this as a gift for nephew's 1st birthday and parents (and baby) loved it. Very cute! Also I had emailed customer service upon purchasing to ask if a note could be included, they responded immediately and ensured the package was gift-presentable and wrote the requested note on a card (not just a printed out a paper like Amazon). Parents were really touched to see that.
